Celebrating a Year of Recognition and Growth at MPA Recruitment

What a year it’s been for MPA Recruitment! As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud to highlight some of the incredible moments where our team, values and culture have been recognised across regional, national and sector-wide awards. These honours are more than trophies; they’re a testament to the hard work, passion and commitment of every single person at MPA, and the trust our clients and candidates place in us every day.

Deloitte Best Managed Companies — Gold Winner

We started the award season with a major national accolade: Gold status in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards, marking the fourth successive year we’ve been recognised among Ireland’s Best Managed Companies. This programme benchmarks organisations on strategy, governance, leadership, financial performance and organisational culture, and achieving Gold Standard status places MPA among an elite group of high performers worldwide.

Investors in People — Gold Winner

We were also delighted to once again receive the Investors in People (IiP) Gold accreditation, a milestone that reflects our values, culture and, most importantly, our investment in our team members. This isn’t just a certificate; it’s recognition of a people-first environment where openness, growth and empowerment matter. In the recent assessment, MPA scored well above the IiP average, demonstrating strong leadership, trust and clarity of purpose throughout the business.

UK Employer of the Year — Gold Runner-Up

At the Investors in People Awards, we were also proud to be named Runner-Up for UK Employer of the Year. Being shortlisted and recognised at such a level shows that our ongoing investment in people development, workplace culture and employee experience stands tall among organisations across the UK.

Large Enterprise of the Year — Omagh Business Awards

Back on home soil, MPA was honoured as Large Enterprise of the Year at the Omagh Business Awards. This award celebrates organisations that have shown resilience, growth and impact in the local economy — qualities that reflect our deep ties across Northern Ireland.

Runner-Up – Best Use of Social Media / Digital Marketing — Omagh Business Awards

Our digital and social media efforts were also recognised at the Omagh Business Awards, where we were named Runner-Up for Best Use of Social Media / Digital Marketing Campaign. This reflects our growth on social media, the success of our new website and our latest improvements to the customer experience, such as online registrations and email job alerts. We have big plans for this in 2026.
