Celebrating five years of recognition as one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies

MPA Recruitment is proud to announce that we have been recognised once again as one of the island of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies at the prestigious Deloitte Awards Ceremony in Dublin. This marks the fifth consecutive year we have received this accolade and this time, we have achieved Gold Standard status.

This recognition places MPA among an elite group of businesses who have consistently demonstrated excellence in management, growth, and innovation across Ireland.

A Testament to Our People and Values

Founded in 1997 with a single office in Derry/Londonderry, MPA Recruitment has grown to seven offices across Northern Ireland. Today, we support over 600 local businesses and help thousands of people secure meaningful employment opportunities each year. In 2024 alone, we facilitated more than 1,000,000 hours of work and provided specialist healthcare training where required.

Speaking about the achievement, Nicky McConville, Managing Director of MPA, said:

Recognition Among Ireland’s Best

The Deloitte Best Managed Companies programme celebrates businesses that demonstrate exceptional strategy, culture, and innovation. The judging panel examines everything from governance and financial performance to talent strategy and leadership culture.

This year, 107 companies across the island of Ireland requalified as Best Managed Companies. Of these, just eight achieved Gold Standard – and we’re incredibly proud to be one of them.
