When you love where you work, it’s only natural to want to share it with your friends. At MPA, our flexible schedules and exciting range of placements make it easy to enjoy life on and off the clock together.

After listening to your feedback, we’re happy to announce that our Refer a Friend scheme is back. Healthcare workers can now refer their fellow healthcare-working friends to become part of MPA and earn £250 for doing so.

The scheme is simple:

  • Fill in the referral form

  • We’ll contact your friend and help them get signed up and working

  • Once they’ve completed the required number of hours, you’ll see £250 added to your payslip

Refer a Friend Scheme – Terms & Conditions

Healthcare Roles – £250

– This referral scheme is open to current registered candidates of MPA Recruitment only.
– Referrers must be actively registered and in good standing with MPA Recruitment at the time of both referral submission and bonus payment.

2. Eligible Referred Candidates

– The referred candidate must be new to MPA Recruitment, i.e., not previously registered, active or in communication with the agency.
– Referrals are only accepted for healthcare-related roles, including but not limited to Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers.
– Referrals must be made to MPA Recruitment before the referred person registers with MPA Recruitment; referrals made at a later stage will not be valid.
– The referred candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and complete full compliance and onboarding checks as required by MPA Recruitment.

3. Referral Submission Process

– Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form provided by MPA Recruitment.
– Referrals submitted via any other method (e.g., email, phone) will not be accepted.

4. Bonus Payment Details

– A bonus of £250 will be paid to the referrer once the referred candidate has completed a total of 250 hours of work through MPA Recruitment.
– The bonus will be paid via payroll and is subject to standard tax and National Insurance deductions.
– There is no time limit in which the 250 hours must be completed.

5. Payment Conditions and Exclusions

– MPA Recruitment reserves the right to withhold or delay payment of the referral bonus if the referred candidate:
   – Is subject to any disciplinary action
   – Has provided false or incomplete information during registration
   – Fails to meet performance or compliance standards
– Only one referrer can claim the bonus for a specific referred candidate. In the event of duplicate submissions, the bonus will be awarded to the first eligible referral received.

6. Other Conditions

– There is no limit to the number of candidates a referrer can refer.
– The scheme is intended for personal referrals only. MPA Recruitment reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are mass-submitted or appear to be submitted for commercial gain.

7. General Terms

– MPA Recruitment reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time without notice.
– The decision of MPA Recruitment in relation to any claim or dispute under this scheme shall be final.

GDPR & Data Privacy Statement

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have obtained the explicit consent of the referred individual to share their personal information with MPA Recruitment for the purposes of recruitment.

MPA Recruitment will use the information provided in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We will only process the referred individual’s personal data for assessing suitability, contacting regarding opportunities, and managing our referral scheme. All data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without further consent.

Both you (the referrer) and the referred individual have the right to access, rectify or request deletion of your personal data at any time. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
