Mammography Technologist

MPA are retained by a leading Cardiology and Diagnostic Services organization to recruit for a Mammography Technologist to join their multidisciplinary team in London. The client is a leader in the space, with multiple locations across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

In this role, you work alongside your patients to conduct general mammography procedures using fully digital machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for imaging.

• Accurately collect/confirm clinical information specific to the investigation.

• Obtain high quality, diagnostic images as per our departmental protocols.

• Effectively communicate with radiologist, including expedited communication gross abnormal studies that may require immediate attention.

Qualifications

• Current registration with CAMRT, CMRITO

• Graduate from an approved Radiography Technologist Diploma program

• Successful completion of Mammography 1 and 2 certificates from the CAMRT

• Excellent patient care skills.
